Refund policy

At ENEA Essentials, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to review return and exchange requests under the conditions outlined below.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we apply strict quality and hygiene standards to all returns.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items with removed, cut, or missing tags are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead.


Returns & Refunds

  • Only items that meet all eligibility requirements and pass inspection will be approved.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items returned that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.


How to start a return or exchange

To request a return or exchange, please complete our Returns Form, available in the footer of this website.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. After we receive and inspect the return, we will proceed with the approved outcome (exchange, store credit, or refund).
